Many of us don’t learn from our mistakes & very less
organizations too do, because most of us engage in extensive post failure
review. But, this doesn’t bring real change. We look at failures in a wrong
way. Failures are not always bad. We need to avoid blaming others or
circumstances for it. Some failures do good for you & your organization.
