Many of us don’t learn from our mistakes & very less organizations too do, because most of us engage in extensive post failure review. But, this doesn’t bring real change. We look at failures in a wrong way. Failures are not always bad. We need to avoid blaming others or circumstances for it. Some failures do good for you & your organization. Reasons for failure will tell us what kind of failures we should have & what kind we should not.

 There are some things your boss wished that you knew without her having to give you long explanations. You will be surprised but, there will be quite a few things on her list. Some that she might have learnt from her boss or learnt the hard way through observation.
